The front balcony is shared by the first floor apartments. Sit out here and enjoy the view across Picton Marina and Queen Charlotte Sound.
Fully furnished accommodation, with quality linen and towels, fully equipped kitchen, and sunny, comfortable lounge. Complementary milk, teas and coffees are supplied. In addition, generous continental breakfast provisions can be supplied by arrangement.
Private car parking at rear of apartment , visible from your accommodation.

Minimum stay 2 nights.
Special rates are available for stays of 4 nights and longer, and for winter holidays. Please email us with your request.
The apartment is fully serviced between bookings, and twice weekly during longer stays.
Please note the Picton vacation rental apartment accommodation is non-smoking, and is not suitable for young children or pets.
