For general enquiries, to discuss your specific requirements, or to request a reservation, you can use the Booking Enquiry Form below, and we will contact you within the next 12 hours.

Tariff
Queen bedroom with private bathroom:
$235 per night for two people.
Single rate for this room is $210 per night.

Exclusive booking of Guest Wing:
$320 per night for two people. Minimum 2 nights stay. (Plus $50 per extra person).
$295 per night for two people for a stay of more than 2 nights.

Accommodation rates are in New Zealand Dollars and inclusive of GST
(government service tax of 12.5%).

Tariff includes:

  • Refreshments on arrival
  • Delicious cooked breakfast (please note that we do not serve any meat at breakfast)
  • Pre-dinner aperitifs with your hosts
  • Local transfers – we are fully licensed to provide this service

Koromiko Homestead is not suitable for small children.
The Homestead has a no-smoking policy.

Payment Policy
Cash or credit card (Visa or Mastercard).
Please Note: All reservation requests are subject to availability and confirmation. To secure your reservation we require your credit card details at least 14 days in advance of your reservation date. No deposit is required. The full amount is payable on arrival.

Cancellation Policy
For confirmed bookings:
Cancellation within 7 days prior to arrival date will incur 100% forfeit of the total booking price.
If we are able to rebook your cancelled accommodation, we will refund your prepaid booking fee less any applicable administration charges.

When booking please specify:

  • Arrival date
  • Number of nights you would like to stay with us
  • Number of people staying
  • Number of bedrooms required
  • Any special requests or dietary requirements

Please advise in advance:

  • your estimated time of arrival, and from where you will be travelling
  • if you require collection – Courtesy transfers available from Picton and Blenheim arrival locations
